Pork Chops with Greek Honey & Lemon
4 pork loin chops or ribs, about ½ inch thick3 tbsp Amphoreus Fir Honey
½ tbsp dried thyme
½ tbsp dried oregano
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons lemon juiceInstructions
Turn grill to medium-hot.
Place pork on a rack over an oven-tray.
Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and brush honey mixture evenly on top of pork chops.
Grill pork about 4 to 6 inches from heat for 7 to 8 minutes, turning once and brushing with honey mixture, until no longer pink when cut near bone. Discard any remaining honey mixture.
